PowerGrab records your Mac screen, along with audio from multiple sources, syncs everything and dumps it into a YouTube compatible .mp4 in real time. It dynamically adjusts capture rate to keep your computer responsive while screencasting.

It's designed to be extremely straightforward, with very little twiddling of settings. Its best use is for quick helpful screen casts or game videos.
