✨ Highlights

Maintenance release for the 3.x LTS line. Record operations are strictly bound to the zone they belong to, and duplicate user emails are rejected.

🐛 Fixes

Record edits and their log entries are bound to the zone the record actually belongs to, and deleting a non-existent record ID is rejected.
Duplicate emails are rejected when creating a user in the user management UI.
Dependencies updated: Symfony 6.4.42, Twig 3.28.0, CakePHP components 5.2.14.
