User Reviews

  • I began using PowerGrab (and it's partner, PowerPost) back in the days of Windows 95 .... or was it earlier than that? In any case, it continues to function as expected even under Vista and Windows 7. For identifying and downloading just binary files from a newsgroup, I still find this the easiest to set up and use. It has no bloat-ware. It has not crazy installation to fill up the registry or hidden files on your hard drive. Just dump in a folder and run. That's it. It does not support the new NZB format and hasn't been updated in years.
