  2014-11-26: created
  2014-12-13: removed potd.dat and used date modified times on potd.jpg instead. image cleanup of unused files (description.png) after creating potd.jpg. added parsing of -g arguments. Can specify specific dates and use negative numbers. ask to create directory if doesn't exist.
  2015-07-09: Removed "http:" from image url prefix. It now already comes "https".
  2015-12-18: Added cleanup function, misc. code cleanup.
  2015-12-26: Few fixes.
