  • Super easy & quick to aim & adjust your cam. Especially good for before a zoom call as zoom does not let you see your cam until after you join a call.
  • Does what is needed, lightweight, simple, but I have 3 sources of video and it keep trying to show my TV card instead of the webcam, how do I change the source of video?. Thanks
  • Best I found. Excellent.
  • 160x120px only
  • Does exactly what it says. One suggested enhancement: have it honour the specified working directory, or allow a parameter or configuration option to choose where it defaults to saving the pictures to. At the moment, it always saves to "My Documents".
  • Very simple, lightweight tool. Great for just checking functionality, and pranking my friends by using UltraVNC (like teamviewer) to video my computer remotely. The picture feature is fine too, I can use heavier, laggier programs for videos.
  • If all you need is to take still pictures with your webcam, this program could work for you. The program is very basic. It downloads as a zip file and the fully functional executable file is right inside. No need to install or copy a huge program directory (full of only god knows what). When you run the program, it fires up the webcam and displays it. The only options you have are to capture a picture (not a movie), click a help button that only brings up an "about this program" screen and to exit.
