My Father and I implemented this software in our small PC Repair company with only 11 employees a few days ago but this is honestly one of the best bits of software we have come across. We previously used Google Calender and Gmail for updating each other on repairs/jobs completed and delegating tasks but this just now runs on your intranet. Its easy to use even for our non IT staff, the recurrence is great and the reminders mean that our staff isn't missing anything, I also found the audit table which is good for reviewing whats been changed. I wish there was a donated button! - Jim
