PokerGrapher V1.4.1 Beta
--------------------------

Release Notes
----------------

Version 1.4.1

1) This version includes even more debugging code designed to
further isolate the problem finding and parsing the correct registry
keys.

2) Beginning with this version, the versioning methodology has
changed from Major.Minor.Build.Revision to Major.Minor.Build
in an effort to force .NET to properly upgrade previous
installations of Poker Grapher.

Version 1.4.0.3

1) This version fixes a bug introduced in 1.4.0.2, where Windows XP
machines could not find the correct registry key, when the database
is PostgreSQL.

Version 1.4.0.2

1) This version provides support for Windows Vista 32 bit and 64 bit.

2) This version can be run using a command line parameter, debug.
When using this parameter, PokerGrapher will create a detailed log
file called PGLog.txt located in the PokerGrapher installation
directory.

Version 1.4.0.1

1) This version of PokerGrapher accounts for non-US regional settings.
Once the application launches, the application will run under the US
regional settings. This is not full localization support, but it mimics
what PokerTracker does. It should have no effect on any other running
programs; it only changes the regional settings for the running
instance of PokerGrapher. In the future, I will look at adding full
localization support.

Version 1.4.0.0

1) This is a specific bug fix to get PokerGrapher working with PGSQL
8.2.x and PT 2.16.x. No new added features and any existing bugs not
related to PGSQL are probably still there. I'll consider fixing
existing bugs after this version is stable (there are a few).

2) You must have the .NET Framework 2.0 or greater. In an effort to
keep the installation download as small as possible, I have not
included the .NET 2.0 Framework in the installation files. If you do
not have the .NET 2.0 Framework, it may be downloaded here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en

3) You must be using PT 2.16.x, since this version of PokerGrapher
reads the PGSQL DB and connection settings from the PT section of the
registry.

4) No Omaha or Stud support at this time. I will add them shortly.

5) If PT is not connecting to your PGSQL DBs, then fix that first.
PokerGrapher cannot read the PT DBs if PT is not configured properly.

6) If you receive error 53000 (too many clients), you may need to
increase the max_connections value in the postgresql.conf file. I
have mine set to 100 and it works fine, but when I had it set to 30
it generated this error.

Installation
------------

Uninstall any 1.3.x versions of PokerGrapher.

Download PokerGrapher-v1.4.1.msi file and run it.

Follow the installation instructions.

Known Issues
------------

Win XP

I have had reports of Win XP not properly installing over PokerGrapher
v1.4.0.x. If you run into problems, please uninstall PokerGrapher
v1.4.0.x and then install PokerGrapher v1.4.x.

Problem/Bug Reporting
---------------------

Problems and/or bugs can be reported in the Overcards.com PokerGrapher
bug report forum (http://www.overcards.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=17),
as well as the PokerTracker.com Forum
(http://pokertracker.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18201), or here on the
SourceForge Project page (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pokergrapher/).
I do check each location on a regular (daily) basis.

During these initial Beta tests, you will probably get a faster response
on the PokerTracker forum; however, I would like to migrate all bug
reporting and support requests to the SourceForge Project page once we
get this version stable.
