    You can download the last version of this program from https://sourceforge.net/projects/pni/

REQUIREMENTS

    *  Windows XP or later.
    *  Strawberry Perl: download version 5.12.3.0 from http://strawberryperl.com/ and install to default location.

INSTALLATION

    If you are on Windows just download it, unzip it, and launch the pni.exe.

    By the way, PNI is available on any platform/OS with a Perl port,
    for example if you are on Linux open a terminal and type

        cpan install PNI::GUI::Tk

    and the launch

        pniguitk
