Notes
There are three release packages.
pkg-cacher contains the core but doesn't configure it. This should be used if the server is going to be manually configured.
pkg-cacher-sa configures and starts the stand-alone version of the server.
It depends on the core.
pkg-cacher-cgi installs the server as a cgi script. It also depends on the core.
