Piumalinux ("Piuma" in italian means feather) is a new lightweigth GNU/Linux flavour, based on Debian Sid. It runs Mate DE and other Desktop or Windows Manager (e.g. i3). Previously it was based on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and 14.04 LTS.

For the live session (only JYNX and 2012 releases):

wanted to try out could not find a 32 bit (i386/i686) ground core version with xfce desktop you should keep it simple: just make a 32 bit version with a light window manager like openbox (forget about mate)
