Pitah is the (Egyptian, think Ptah) name of a collection of administrative scripts designed to make your life easier. Or not, depending on how you (want) to use it. I therefore cannot give any warranty, but you can use them under the GPL, if that is not nice ;)

  • rpmdev-addons: some useful scripts if you are creating RPM packages.
  • mount_lvm-addons: useful scripts to mount external or encrypted LVM2 volumes.
  • backup_daemon: backup script that backs up to an external hard drive that is not always connected.
