New:
•	Pinner now needs .NET 4.6 as minimum version of .NET
•	New icons
•	Files that has predefined open-with can be opened as administrators
Changes
•	Database got some changes. Please right click on favorite bar -> manage and then click done to show your favorites.
•	Removed open button on the toolbar.
•	Removed show errors button on the toolbar
•	Options (F12) window got redesigned internally and externally
•	Moved from tabs to buttons with the same way of use
•	Added option to enable search while typing in the list. Which let the user search instead of jumping to the pin with the first letter in its name as the user typed.
•	Settings file got some changes. (Please redo your settings)
Fixes:
•	Pins will not flicker when resizing Pinner or editing a pin.
•	Internal fixes
