Hello, this is Nico. First of all I want
to thank you for choosing PingMon. This is
a tool about monitoring Ping.

Simple, eh? But that's about it. And this
tool is adjustable to your needs as well.

Meaning, you can change timeout, interval
of pings, etc. And it will write log files
if you want it to, for each host you ping.
You even can adjust the behavior of the
window.

Versions 0.1.0.x have to run  with
administrative privileges, because they
create raw packets. For this you need
administrative rights on a machine.
Version 0.2 and above is able to use
system resources for pinger as well as
creating RAW packets. Though, version 0.2
and above won't be working on systems
below Windows 2000.

This tool was programmed using Borland
C++ Builder 6. No .NET is needed, so this
tool will even run in Windows 98, for
example.
