Pingcat is utility simmilar to netcat but transmits its data over
icmp packets, useful for circumventing firewalls.

To install run
sudo ./install.sh

You must have these dependencies for pingcat to work:
dpkt
pylibpcap
python

Test system:
Xubuntu 11.04(linux)
python 2.7
dpkt 1.7
pylibpcap 0.6.2
