picty helps you manage your photos. The focus is on tools to tag and organize an image collection. Some simple editing tools are provided (using a lossless process) but advanced editing and other tasks can easily be handed off to other programs via customizable launchers, and drag and drop.
picty can read and write descriptive tags and other information to your photos. But picty respects your photos - it only changes them when you choose to save the changes.
