I've asked both SRCE and the dean of FERIT to allow me to host the documentation for my assembler, previously available only on DABAR, on GitHub. And they both allowed me to do that. So I did that. I also documented the changes I and @abdrd have made in the meantime, while the documentation was only available on DABAR.
