Fixed a bug causing all the switches to switch to 0 when assembling is done (which is obviously not what happens on an actual PicoBlaze, as the software cannot control those mechanical switches), and a bug causing the PC register to turn italic when the program switches to Regbank B (even though the PC register is still being used).
