PicFingerfliCk v0.1 Creative Commons Licensed - free to share, free to modify, by attribution, non-commercial projects What it does: Shows a chosen picture on a movable form - allows multiple pictures to be shown on many different forms at a given level of opacity so that it does not get in the way of other images. How to use: Double-click opens a dialogue for picking an image. Drag the image around to place the image to the correct place. There are several keystrokes that modify the look and behavior of this application: ? or 'h' for a short help summary, p or + for a new form and a new image, escape to close the selected form (combined with shift to close the application entirely), 1 to 9 to change the transparency of the picture, 0 to make the picture completely opaque.
