Installation\

To run the application, download and double click on Piano Roll.app\
To install, drag the Piano Roll.app file into your applications folder\

This software generates quirky piano music. It can generate original music by it self on the fly, or you can use it to compose your own quirky piano music. The music it creates is particularly useful for setting atmospheres and is perfect for halloween. It also allows non musicians to easily compose their very own piano music!\

To let the computer generate the music by itself, click the box labeled On/Off and ensure it has a check mark in it.\
\
To create original music, play with sliders and just experiment. \

This can be used to output midi into other music software like garageband, logic, and sibelius. To do this refer to their manuals for importing MIDI from the internal soundcard, or refer to the MAX/MSP website for more information, including information about using external MIDI devices.\
