TreeSim: A tree distance measurement tool for comparing unweighted,
arbitrary (not necessarily binary) phylogenetic trees.

Using the tool:

$ ruby computesim.rb <data> <u|r>

For instance, the example file included in the package can be evaluated
as unrooted set of trees:

$ ruby computesim.rb 10Trees_7Taxa_Table3Data.tre u

or as rooted trees: $ ruby computesim.rb 10Trees_7Taxa_Table3Data.tre r
