**READ ME**

To use Phylobuntu and create phylogenetic tree with example data using Phylobuntu, perform the following steps:

1) Download and extract Phylobuntu.tar.gz
2) Open terminal by pressing Ctrl+Alt+T
3) Go to the directory where you have extracted Phylobuntu from command line
4) Use the following command to run the shell script
	sudo sh ./phylobuntu_install.sh
5) Select the software tools you want to download from the list in the dialog box and press OK. This will automatically download all intended softwares.
6) Download and extract PhylobuntuTutorial_ExampleData.tar.gz
7) Download PgPT_Supplement.pdf and follow all the steps
8) Happy Phylogenetic Trees Construction! :)
