This is the PHPlot Reference Manual, dated 2015-11-05, and corresponding to PHPlot-6.2.0.
Download the file and unzip. This will create a directory (folder) called "phplotdocs" containing the HTML files that make up the manual. Point your browser to the "index.html" file within.
A PDF version of the manual is available on the project home page. You can also read the manual on-line from there.
(Note: This replaces the 2015-11-02 version first released with PHPlot-6.2.0 which was missing some images.)
