1.	Untar PHPix-x.x.x.tar.gz somewhere in your web tree.
2.	Feel free to rename "phpix" dir to whatever you want (i.e "Albums")
3.	The "albums" dir must be writable by whatever user runs httpd/
4.	Create directories under "albums" and put some JPEG's in there...
5.	Edit the "config.inc" file.

There are a few comments in the config.inc that describe some of the
available options.
