  • I did download and trial. It's not really suitable as a scalable solution. I downloaded Numara Track-It! Help Desk Software which is better if you need an enterprise solution.
  • In use in a busy campus since 2004, call number 35757 was logged this morning- just checking out version 2. has been a great stable app even running on IIS !! - Thanks very much and keep up the good work ;-)
