This is similar to nathanleary's other project titled: HTML5 PHP Desktop. There is a phpdesktop that is currently being developed by cztomczak on github that is very good. Here's the link. github.com cztomczak phpdesktop

This seems like an interesting package. Unfortunately, it must not be meant for anyone but the most experienced programmers because there are no meaningful instructions, Had the developer include a website or even an email address one might be able to get more info on this. I have to rate everything poor because I have no idea how to use it.
