The PHP group doesn't release PHP Windows builds with ISAPI enabled anymore. So this project will be a place where one can get the latest PHP Windows builds with ISAPI enabled. These builds will follow the builds that can be found on the PHP website, the only difference from the official releases is that these releases will have ISAP! enabled.
