"Excellent CMS" - "very fast and powerfull" - "code easy to understand" Philum.net is a CMS to install on your server ; Build websites must be a public and free privilege ! More than a blog system, it's a true site builder, you can edit and create design directly in the program without to be an expert. Articles can be stored in a lot of ways, and organised with an infinite number of classes of tags. This CMS is extremely well wrote, pages are loaded in 0,1 seconds on a mutual server. Code is free under GNU/GPL3 license and can be used for education.
