The 2.1 version of the tool can be installed in two forms, first as a 
stand-alone compiler, and second as an eclipse plug-in providing the 
advantages of an IDE. 

Version 2.0 is a stand-alone version of the compiler and is based on ANTLR.

Language versions 2.0 and 2.1 are slightly different.  The wiki
documentation currently describes the 2.1 version of the language.
The two versions will be reconciled in the coming days.
