Pre-built executables are provided for linux. The pre-built executables 
are not necessarily kept in sync with the source code. 

Note that pharmer does not work on 32-bit operating systems.

Older, archived versions of pharmer for outdated operating systems.
Avoid using these if possible.

Scripts for visualizing pharmer JSON formatted queries in pymol. 
Note that Avogadro also has built-in visualization support.
