This is pgintcl-3.1.0.
Version 3.1.0 adds a few new commands and options, to 'catch up' with some recently added PostgreSQL libpq features. See the README and NEWS files within the release for more information. These are also available on the project home page. The zip package is the same as the tgz package except the text files are more "Windows friendly".
Changes:
This release adds 4 commands, 2 options to pg_result, and supports standard_conforming_strings when escaping strings and bytea data. For more information see the NEWS file within the release.
