This is pgintcl-3.0.1.
This is a new release of Version 3, which does character set encoding and is safe for LATIN1 and UTF8 databases (for example). See the README and NEWS files within the release for more information. README is also available on the project home page.
Changes:
This is the first pgfoundry release (previously on gborg). There is one small change to pg_escape_bytea.
