Fix crash on launch on macOS machines without Homebrew's libwebp by bundling all non-system libraries into the app
Fix OpenGL crash on launch on Windows by upgrading Brillo
Fix crash on launch on Linux distributions that don't ship the font at the hardcoded path. The font is now resolved at runtime and text is skipped instead of crashing if the system has no usable font.
