Perfmon2Nagios

Perfmon2Nagios is Windows based tool that automatically creates 1000's of scripts from Window's Perfomance Monitor Counters. These Nagios scripts can be used to graph any Windows Performance Monitor event on a Cacti server without requiring SNMP.
