The Linux OS for all those days running Windows XP. Pearl has made the Cinnamon Desktop look and feel just about like WinXP. Staying with Pearl's traditional Mac Snow Leopard Look and Feel we also have the MATE Desktop environment. You can switch between the Mac and Windows layout by simply logging out of one DE and into the other. The benefit to this as oppose to just installing another distro is you can have two totally different layouts retaining the users information under the same directory. All this without the need to do personal configurations altho as usual there are plenty of options.
