We uploaded 2 new ISO images with the installers bug fix.

You can now install while on or offline. Should work flawlessly. :-)

To Install:

Create a USB bootable disk from the ISO image
System boots to the PearlDE desktop.. no username or password required.
Click Install Pearl 4.0 icon on desktop.
Thats it. :-)


Also included are some other minor bug fixes and added tweaks that
now makes this LTR release work smoother with our new repository.

Create a USB Install disk on Linux with USB Creator, Unetbootin or Gnome Disk Utility

On Windows you can use one of many programs available. I prefer YUMI.

YUMI also can create a multiple OS install disk (windows and Linux).

If using yumi ..to install Pearl from the drop down that lists all OS's
available choose "mintyMac" and click option to show all files.
Simply choose the PearlDesktop...iso and your set.



Choose USB to boot on computer obviously, then just hit enter at boot screen.


System will load into the desktop. If you are presented with a login prompt,
logout or restart first, then it should bypass login promp ..if not choose
"other" then type custom as username. No Password. Hit Enter.

                              PLEASE NOTE:
         
Due to a small issue we are working on with pinguybuilder, we recommend to 
install while not connected to Internet because toward end of install the
installer wants to grab updates from some invalid URL's. If you do connect
no problem but when you see "retrieving files 6 of 68.."  click skip a
couple times and it will finish it on up. These are not important for install.

   :-( sorry for that... BTW there is also a couple GNOME FLASH BACK sessions
as well. ...


                              NOTE FOR KODI:

Works awesome with new version.... We recommend the fusion addon. Once you
add that do I highly recommend using hubwizard ... it installs all the best
addond automatically including Exodus ..etc... Search Google for fusion addon.

Once in Live mode if you choose to install install icon is on desktop.



---> If you have any issues installing unplug ethernet and install without
having a live connection. On some computers it may want to install 
NVIDIA drivers and they, on some systems, can cause problems. <-----



After installation on top panel menu on the left choose "Software Update"

Thats it.


Please note Gnome Software (PearlSoftware Center), could take 30-45 seconds
to load the initial time.
