to install on macos, you can use "brew" 1) install xpdf: "brew install homebrew/x11/xpdf" 2) install pdftohtml: "brew install pdftohtml" to install on ubuntu/linux 1) apt-get install poppler-utils

Fantastic software. It isn't perfect but what is? This gets as close to the original as it's going to get, and making small modifications is a lot easier than copy pasting the entire thing by hand. Exactly what I was looking for!
