PdfCMYKerLite-x64-dist-windows7.zip is a build of the Python application for Windows. It was done using cx_freeze, on 64-bit MSYS2 MingW version of (wx)Python under Windows 7 (so it will likely not work on 32-bit Windows). It also includes (somewhat reduced) Windows versions of ImageMagick and Ghostscript, so the application can function fully. It should be a portable build, meaning that you should be able to unpack the .zip anywhere on your local file system, and then just run/double-click `PdfCMYKerLite.exe`. Note that when the application maks external calls (to ImageMagick/Ghostscript), then additional terminal windows will appear.
