A free, console-based Windows tool that adds professional-quality crop marks, CMYK registration targets, and color control strips to existing PDF files.
Unlike many tools that add simple boxes or rectangles, this generator produces precise, prepress-grade marks — suitable for offset, digital, and packaging workflows.

USAGE
-------------------
1. Run `PDFcm.exe`
2. Follow the prompts:
   - Input/output file path
   - Units of measurement
   - Margins and gutter sizes
   - Grid layout (rows and columns)
   - Crop mark options
   - Registration mark and color strip inclusion
   - Flatten options (forms, annotations, text, or none)
   - Layer placement for marks (separate layers or combined)
3. Wait for processing to complete
4. The output file will be saved at the path you specify
