WebGUI Files

This beta release of WebGUI 7.10.14 contains fixes for TinyMCE, GroupManager, Password recovery,
Thingy, Carousel, and the Calendar.  In the Shop, there were fixes for the PayPal driver and
Transactions that referred to assets no longer in WebGUI.

New features in thie release include:
 * Being able to attach remote images to the Story asset.
 * Shortcuts to assets are not exported as related assets when exporting as HTML.
 * When sending emails to Groups, Admins can choose whether or not to follow
   User preferences for not receiving email from WebGUI.
