This beta release of WebGUI 7.10.17 contains fixes for the Admin Bar and
two fixes for the Shop. This release contains the fix for the PayPal standard
driver. If you use the PayPal driver, it is highly recommended that you upgrade.
New features:
* Metadata for assets is now available inside the AssetReport. See RFE #12134 for more details.
* Thingy changes:
* Fields in a Thing can now be set as unique in the database.
* A Thing can be configured to have a maximum number of rows.
* During CSV import, new records in a thing were not assigned the proper meta fields,
and users were allowed to have more rows than they were allowed.
