Source Code and all associated files are free to manipulate, distribute and change at
your discretion on the basis that you DO NOT charge a fee for or in any way make a 
profit from this software.

to install the source code, simply un-rar the file: EMPSUITE_sourcecode.rar into any folder
then, create a new folder:  C:\EMSuite   and place the dbPay.mdb file into it.

all the rest of the files should be automatically created during the first startup of the
program.  if you recieve an error message about a log file or another type of file not
being created during startup, please let me know so that I can resolve that issue.
