You can also drag a shortcut from Patchmix_always_on_top.cmd to 
your quickstart or Desktop.

Are you always adjusting the volume and FX on Emu PatchMix
but hate having to hunt it down and bring the window to the front?
PatchMix Always On Top can quickly toggle the PatchMix window
between Always on Top or Normal Window. 

No installation necessary. 
Just download, unzip, drag a shortcut to your desktop
and Enjoy!

 The Patchmix_always_on_top.cmd batch file runs
 a util I found called cmdow.exe.
 
 Neither the Patchmix_always_on_top.cmd or 
 cmdow.exe install anything.  Want to remove it?
 Just delete the directory and files.
 No install, no registry entries, nada, zilch, nothing.

 Unzip PatchMix_Top.zip to any place on harddrive.
 Then run the included patchmix_always_on_top.cmd batch file.
 
 You can open the cmd file with notepad and
 look inside: IT'S VERY SIMPLE.
 
Patchmix_always_on_top.cmd is a simple batch file that
runs cmdow.exe specifying "PatchMix DSP" with /TOP or /NOT

cmdow.exe works like this:

cmdow.exe "PatchMix DSP" /TOP
cmdow.exe "PatchMix DSP" /NOT

You MUST have cmdow.exe in the same directory as 
the Patchmix_always_on_top.cmd file...unless you edit patchmix_always_on_top.cmd
and change the path.
