Requirements

macOS 13 Ventura or later.
Accessibility permission is required for Direct Paste.

Install

Download and unzip Paste-vlv-1.2.0-macos-unsigned.zip.
Move Paste-vlv.app to /Applications.
Open the app.
Enable Accessibility permission in System Settings when using Direct Paste.

Signing Status
