Paper sizes from the printer, step & repeat rotation, readable JSONs
- Step & repeat: if the grid fits neither way, the orientation with the smallest overhang wins ("prefer unrotated" only after that); changed in step 2 and for items that do not fit on the sheet on their own; "rotate items: 0°/90°" still forces the rotation.
- Paper sizes now always come from the printer first: *PaperDimension, else PageSize from the PPD, else name/display text – only then the table (now one table instead of three; new: SRA, RA, A7–A10, ISO-B, C0–C10). Comma instead of dot in the PPD is recognised; missing printable area falls back to the printer's other margins; the warning prints ready-made PPD lines; caps --json shows where sizes come from.
- Save as PDF: no wrong A4 warning with "like the document"; SRA4 and SRA2 in the list.
- Readable JSONs: presets save only what differs from the default; "save all settings" checkbox; new passermark-cli tidy (--print, --full); preset steps and print layout deliberately not shortened.
