1. License Update: Relicensed from MIT to GPL-3.0, with a separate Pake Output Exception (LICENSE-EXCEPTION) so apps you build with Pake stay unrestricted.

3. macOS Auth Popup Fix: Fixed a crash that could occur during macOS authentication (SOAuthorization) popups.
