Generate P90X and P90X3 calendars in iCal (.ics file) format for importing into Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, and others.

Built-in support for generating calendars from a list of events in a text file. Simply select that option from the drop-down and when everything is set, click "Save" to begin the process of loading the text file. Each line will be a single event and each event will be scheduled daily. Enter "[SKIP]" for any days that no event should be scheduled.

Use the "Modify" tab to insert a delay in an existing, downloaded iCal file at a specified date and duration. Just starting out with P90X and find yourself too sore to continue with the next week? Insert a delay of 7 days to take the week off and continue where you left off later. Going on vacation? Insert a delay. But don't be a vegetable!

Updates are not fully tested and you may have to just delete the old calendar and import the modified version if it does not work.

Requires .NET 4.0 client profile

Google iCal update instructions:

1. Download the PRIVATE iCal file for the calendar.
2. Start the application and click on the Modify iCal tab.
3. Use Open button and browse to the downloaded iCal file location. The iCal files earliest calendar entry is displayed.
4. Set the date where the delay should be inserted. Calendar events occurring on or after that day will be delayed.
5. Set the number of days to delay events.
6. Save a new iCal file with the chosen modifications by using the Save... button.
7. In Google Calendar, click the button next to "Other calendars" and choose "Import Calendar" and browse to your new iCal file.
8. Choose the same calendar that you downloaded the original iCal from, and click OK.

This feature works because calendar events have unique IDs and updated events will match existing events in the calendar originally downloaded from. This "insert" feature will likely work on ANY iCal file you put through it as it is just working off of dates!
