After you install it (all usernames and passwords are owncloud), you can use it as server from a remote PC.

I downloaded the .iso started up in a VirtualBox, it looks OK, but I can´t log in. Tried all forms of "owncloud" as ID and Password - no luck, I just get "Forbidden..." What do I do wrong? Help appreciated / L
