* Improved robustness in getting the signature_keyid entity in rpminfo_item's.  It should no longer get "(not a blob)" for any rpm's.
* Added support for the ipv6_address datatype.  Ipv6 addresses aren't actually collected yet.
* Changed the format of values of the language entity of win-def:file_item's.  It used to be hard-coded; now, the VerLanguageName() function is used, which means the OS chooses the format.
