YASAPI/NT's version 2.3.0-beta7 consists of

* "out_yasapi-nt-2.3.0-beta7-msc-gtk-bundle.exe":  the plug-in
  "out_yasapi-nt.dll" compiled with a community edition
  of the Microsoft C compiler bundled with the GTK runtime
  and wrapped into a NSIS installer,
* "out_yasapi-nt-2.3.0-beta7-msc.exe":  the plug-in "out_yasapi-nt.dll"
  compiled with a community edition of the Microsoft C compiler and
  wrapped into a NSIS installer,
