osFAQ v1.3.0-ST is designed to work with osTicket v1.10.x and most earlier versions. This version builds on previous versions and adds FAQ migration functionality. For this release FAQs can be rapidly copied from osTicket-KB/FAQ system to osFAQ. This release is limited to copying FAQs (with inline images) but does not currently support copying attachments due to limitations with the existing osFAQ attachment management process. This limitation will be overcome in a the next version. At the moment migration is basic with only one option but will be expanded on in future versions to allow copying FAQs between osTicket-KB/FAQ system and osFAQ (in both directions).
